Cabana rentals are now open for the 2022 season. Please read the following information before signing up here. 

FAQ’s

 

Q: What cabanas are available for rental?

A: Only the Cabana #1 is available. It is the cabana closest to the snack bar area. 

 

Q: What time slots are available for cabana rentals?

 

Monday – Friday (June 13 – August 19)

 

11:00 am  – 2:00 pm

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

5:30 pm – 8:30 pm 

 

Saturday and Sunday

 

10:30 am – 1:30 pm

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

5:30 pm – 8:30 pm 

 

*** Some dates and times will be restricted due to other club events***

If the date is not on the Sign-Up Genius, it is unavailable. 

 

Q: How much does it cost to rent  Cabana #1

A:  Friday night/Saturday/Sunday  = $75.00 for 3 hours 

     Monday – Friday afternoon = $50.00 for 3 hours 

 

Q: Can I reserve two times back to back?

A: No, you may only reserve one rental block per day. 

 

Q; How many non-member guests may I invite to my event?

A: You are limited to 20 non-member guests per each cabana rental.

 

Q: What is the price for each guest?

A: There will be a flat rate for guest fees for those members renting a cabana. 

1-10 guests –   $30.00

           11- 20 guests – $60.00

 

Q: Can I use the snack bar area to serve food?

A: Yes, you may use the 2 picnic tables closest to Cabana #1 for your party. 

 

Q: What food can I bring to my event?

A: Members are permitted to bring in their own food for their event. No glass containers and bottles are permitted on the pool deck.  No outside vendors are allowed to serve food at your event. Coolers are allowed. Members can also use the refrigerator in the Social Room. All food must be taken home or thrown away at the end of the event. 

 

Q: Can I decorate Cabana #1 for my event?

A: Yes, decorations are allowed, but you are responsible for the clean up of the cabana when your event is over. 

 

Q: How do I reserve the cabana?

  1. 1. You will check the Sign-Up Genius for availability of your date and time. The Sign-Up Genius link is HERE.
  2. The business manager will add your event to the club calendar.  Reach out to the business manager at osrcbusinessmanager@gmail.com with any questions. 

 

Q: How do I pay for my event? 

  1. You will pay for the rental and the guests on the day of your rental.  When you arrive at the Front Desk you will check -in with the staff member and pay your invoice. 

 

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my scheduled event?

A; Members may reschedule their event for another date and time that is available.
