Jambalaya Bros food truck returns to OSRC this week, featuring Louisiana native owner-chef Jared Bourgeois’ authentic Cajun cuisine.

Jambalaya Bros is accepting preorders now at www.jambalayabros.com:

  • Click “Order Now” from the main menu
  • Click the second red button (“All other Jambalaya Bros events”)
  • Click the blue “Place an Order” button
  • Enter your name and mobile number and click “Build My Order”
  • Select Friday, 7/23 as the date and indicate your preferred pick-up time (OSRC location will pre-populate)
    Order your dinner!

After you enjoy some jambalaya, gumbo, or etouffee, cool off with a sno-cone from Kona Ice!
