Sofia Lucero is from Oakton, VA and started playing tennis at the age of five.  She trains off and on at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Nationally ranked, Sofia played the Girl’s 12 and 14s in the Orange Bowl International Championships in Miami, Florida.  She played #1 singles and doubles during her sophomore year and earned First All Team PVI in tennis.  As a freshman, Sofia also played basketball for PVI and enjoys a wide range of other interest such as golf, swimming, softball, and painting.
